Studio of "L.A. Noire" announces "Whore of the Orient" for PC and next generation consoles



The studio Team Bondi is back. The Australian producer, which closed after "L.A. Noire", a new project announced on Thursday (30): "Whore of the Orient", an action game set in Shanghai in 1936. The title is in development for PC and next generation consoles.

According to the description released by Team Bondi in "Whore of the Orient" the player will be part of a police force struggling to maintain peace in a corrupt city, dealing with both political manipulations of the West as Chinese nationalist Kuomintang and the repression of the movement rising labor and communism.

The theme 'mature' can already be felt in the title: "Whore of the Orient" can be translated as 'Whore of the Orient', in reference to the city of Shanghai.

Team Bondi has the participation of film producer KMM, "Mad Max: Fury Road" in development "Whore of the Orient".

The game will be distributed by Warner Bros.. Interactive Entertainment and has no release date yet.
